As your Internet, video, and phone provider, we understand the importance of being connected during the evolving Coronavirus pandemic. We take seriously the vital role we play in our customers’ lives, especially during uncertain times like these.
That is why we are taking this opportunity to assure you that we’re doing everything we can to continue providing uninterrupted access to services you depend on while at the same time protecting the health and safety of our employees, our customers and community. We will be implementing the following:
Effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020 the Groton Service Center located at 295 Meridian Street Groton, CT, will close to the public until further notice.
To ensure the safety of our field/technical staff our dispatch teams are making proactive calls to customers who have scheduled installs or service calls to confirm if anyone in the home has been to an ‘at risk’ country identified by the CDC recently.

A drop box will be available at the Municipal Building for payments (check or money order only). We offer online payments on our website: TVCconnect.com
Until Further notice, we will not terminate service to any residential or small business customer because of their inability to pay their bills due to disruptions caused the Coronavirus pandemic.
Until further notice, we will waive any late fees that any residential or small business customers might normally incur because of their economic circumstance related to the Coronavirus pandemic.
